Join with churches around the world as we read "The Greatest Story Ever Told”. This five-chapter book invites you into the drama of Jesus’ life like never before. With gripping storytelling and raw honesty, Bear Grylls retells the gospel through the eyes of those who knew Jesus best— Myriam (his mother Mary), Ta’om (Thomas), Shimon (Simon Peter), Yohanan (friend) & Myriam of Magdala (Mary Magdalene). Their first-hand encounters bring the story to life with intensity, warmth, and deep reverence. At the heart of it all are Jesus’ own words, taken directly from the Bible, letting the greatest story ever told speak for itself. The book can be purchased from Amazon ($25 hardcover or $14 eBook) or ordered from your local bookstore.
Trunk or Treat: October 26
On Sunday, October 26th anyone who wishes to do so is invited to join us for Trunk or Treat following the 10:30 a.m. service. What is Trunk or Treat? Children (and adults if they wish!) are invited to wear their Halloween costumes to church (or, if they prefer, just for Trunk or Treat). After anyone who wishes to leave immediately after church has done so, we will close off the church parking lot for safety purposes. Participants will then hand out treats from their car trunks, and children are welcome to go around and collect candy. Please join us on the 26th to either hand out or collect treats! Hope to see you there!
