Homes for Heroes Fundraiser
Our fundraising project this year is Homes for Heroes, with a fundraising goal of at least $10,000. Their mission is to provide housing and support for homeless veterans. They provide housing, onsite caseworkers, counsellors, job training, and more. See below for ways you can donate. Please make sure to note that the donation is for Homes for Heroes. To date we have raised $8,694 – thank you!

There have been many recent changes to the Inner City Pastoral Ministry, including a move to a smaller location. As a result space is very limited and clothing cannot be accepted at this time. A request has been made for the following:
· Winter Gloves
· Long Underwear (medium and large, men’s and women’s)
· Dark Coloured Lined Toques
· Men’s Boxers and Women’s Briefs (medium and large)
· Warm Winter Socks
· Grocery Cards and cash donations (cheques to Inner City Pastoral Ministry, please make sure your address is correct and clear for tax receipts)
We will have a plastic bin in the foyer to collect donations. Please drop off all items by Sunday, December 14th. If you have questions, please call Kathi Kilgour. Thanks!!!!

Join us on December 16th at 7pm for “A Service of Hope and Remembrance”, as we take time during the lead up to Christmas to acknowledge pain, share suffering, and find hope.
Lessons & Carols: December 21, 10:00 a.m.
We hope you can all join us in person or online for a festive Lessons and Carols service at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 21st. Please note there will be only ONE SERVICE that day.
Lesson Readers: We are hoping to have eight different readers to read the set Lessons in various languages. If you can assist, please see the sign up sheet on the foyer table.
Potluck: This service will be followed by a potluck lunch. If you plan to attend, please sign up on the sheet in the foyer and indicate main, salad, or dessert. Thank you!
